“Business Intelligence” training was organized for TURKHAS Team which is the prominent subject in the “Needs Assessment Report”. The training took place on 2 full days between July 14 and 15, 2016 with 21 participants from 18 companies.
With this training program, we aimed the participants to familiarize with the commercial intelligence system and to construct their foreign trade departments in their companies based on this system. Besides, we tried to help our companies to benefit from the electronic commerce efficiently by providing access to buyer information, market research reports and various other economic data from various paid and free sources around the world and use the information correctly. The possible outcomes of this training are increased export capacity, international marketing knowledge, promotion of products by taking into account customer preferences in foreign markets, primarily aimed at the target countries and increased market share.
